Jena Booher is the founder of Babies on the Brain, a mission driven company that focuses on improving female retention in large corporations. She is one of the only dedicated academics that researches gender diversity in the workplace using evidence based methodologies. Jena's work is informed by her PhD studies in psychology as well as her extensive coaching, and 8+ years of business experience as an FX sales trader on Wall Street.
Babies on the Brain was born out of Jena's own experience transitioning back to JPMorgan after the birth of her child. Jena saw how nearly half of all women after giving birth did not return to their companies and the effect that decision had on their mental health and well-being. She now works with companies to create solutions to keep their working mothers happily working. Jena graduated from Georgetown University with a dual degree in Finance and Italian.
