Sigal Ben-Ari, PhD is co-founder and CTO at Kodu Care. Sigal’s passion for healthcare technology led her to complete a PhD in Bioinformatics at CUNY, biomedical & electrical engineering at Technion and an MBA at Wharton. This background allowed Sigal to build a track record of +15 years in healthcare innovation as a thought leader with extensive experience in engineering, operations and business development. Sigal has led business development and operations at Medtronic, Acadia Behavioral Health, as well as the medical start-up Gait-Aid. As a thought leader, Sigal’s work has been published in books and scientific journals, including Nature and PLOS, and is the Lead Editor of Health System Review. Sigal’s focus is to position Kodu Care to deliver the best economic and clinical outcomes leading to business growth through technologies and medical services. Her passion extends beyond the company through leadership in non for profit organizations including the American Heart Association where she serves as a Health Equity Leadership Board Member, and also as a board member of the Hadassah Woman’s Organization.
