Cynthia Pedigo offers 35 years experience in the public and private sectors, and thrives on using creativity to resolve challenges and develop sustainable programs. She has expertise in developing workforce organizational systems to meet business needs, build capacity, and support employees and managers. Cynthia joined Artemis as a collaborator after working at Intel for 20 years in public affairs, HR, corporate philanthropy, STEM education/ workforce development, and global project implementation.
Cynthia builds consensus with colleagues from diverse perspectives and cultures. Cynthia’s experience ranges from directing the design of an international ed-tech program in K-12 and higher education, and includes the development of an infrastructure to support Intel’s $3B investment in a Tier II China city. From the ground up, this included planning and construction of an international K-12 school, western medical clinic with telemedicine, and western-style housing for over 1,000 employees and their families.
Cynthia studied Russian, ballet and earned her secondary teaching certificate. She received her MPA in International Relations /Learning and Development. She currently serves on several boards, including the Advisory Board for the Center for Global Business, McCombs Business School, The University of Texas at Austin.
