Jasmine Medina-Perez


Jasmine Medina-Perez is a senior at Western Washington University where she is completing her B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business and a minor in Economics. Last year she had the opportunity to live out a dream by studying International Business and Integration abroad in Montevideo, Uruguay. 

Previously Jasmine interned with ADW Acosta, a broker that exclusively serves Costco Wholesale worldwide. There, she analyzed market trends, identified potential suppliers, and researched business modalities for the Mexico and UK markets. Last year she was on a team that competed in the Boeing Case Competition and presented to a panel of Boeing managers at WWU. 

Jasmine is passionate about community service and empowering women. In 2016 Jasmine was crowned Miss Silverdale (her hometown in Washington) which allowed her to mentor young women and girls, volunteer at about 200 community events, fundraise thousands of dollars for non-profits and she continues to be involved with the organization that gives out scholarships to young women. 

In her free time, Jasmine enjoys hiking, playing tennis, baking, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends, and two dogs.
