Leila Moro is a versatile, strategic problem solver who has helped start-ups and established public companies improve the way they operate, problem solve complex situations, and pursue growth opportunities.
Leila’s 20 years of experience in strategy, finance, and business development span the U.S., Latin America, and Middle East, working for companies such as Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, and Expedia, where she learned many best practices before becoming an independent consultant.
Creative, results-oriented, and comfortable having difficult conversations, Leila enjoys partnering with clients to help them overcome organizational and business challenges that stifle innovation, organizational health, and growth. Adept at translating strategy into action, she has also lead many growth execution teams, opening up new markets and channels.
Leila earned her MBA and Global management certificate from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Charterholder, and earned her BSBA in International Business and Finance from Georgetown University. Given her passion for thinking globally and acting locally, her language studies have included Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Arabic; she’s also spent time living and working in Dubai, Italy, Argentina, and Brazil.
Leila currently lives in Seattle with her husband and 2 young boys who love to dance, sing, and “play” their parents’ musical instruments.
