Engagement Manager

Andrea is passionate about using data to help organizations maximize their impact. She focuses on education, healthcare and high tech clients, with a particular focus on building analytical frameworks and visualizing data. Her experience in program evaluation and consulting helps target root causes of organization-wide challenges. Andrea is passionate about increasing diversity and inclusion in the workplace, including work as an instructor for Girls Who Code.

Andrea is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She earned her B.A. at Emory University and holds a master’s degree in education policy from the Harvard University Graduation School of Education. Andrea enjoys volunteering as a member of the Junior League of Seattle and, as a former Jeopardy! contestant, playing trivia whenever she can.
