Ella Neumann


Ella Neumann utilizes a team approach to find creative solutions to client problems. She is motivated by paving a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive future in tech and business. Ella’s favorite part of working at Artemis is collaborating with a team of hardworking, forward-thinking individuals. Her philosophy is to find meaning in work to fuel optimal results. 


Outside of Artemis, Ella enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and running. She is passionate about current events, global problems, and climate justice. Ella believes that we must have tough conversations, be willing to listen, and push ourselves out of our comfort zones in order to solve the world’s most demanding problems.
