Linnea Soo


Linnea works with a wide range of clients, focusing on research, analysis, and data collection. She is most excited about working on diversity, equity, and inclusion projects. She spent most of her academics focused on how systemic forms of oppression have shaped the experiences of marginalized groups in America. She is deeply passionate about how to create environments and spaces where there are support systems in place to allow people to achieve their goals, regardless of race, gender, sexuality, disability.
In her free time, Linnea enjoys playing indoor soccer and ultimate Frisbee on an adult club team. She has been spending time reading books and relaxing with friends. Her favorite book is A Man Called Ove and she is currently reading We Were Eight Years in Power and So You Want to Talk About Race?
