A cultural assessment is done to develop learnings about the institutional and cultural barriers to inclusion within the organization. A partnership approach with key stakeholders is used to develop a plan or initiatives – which can include: the vision, goals, strategies, initiatives, metrics, accountability measures, reporting, and resources. For non-profit organizations, Arias Solutions utilizes her legal, management, and DEI experience to help her clients establish or re-evaluate their respective governance structure (Board, Advisory Boards, etc.), programs, operations, brand and image, and community outreach.
