Michael is a senior at Washington State University, majoring in Management Information Systems. At WSU, he is heavily involved in the entrepreneur community, and is the co-head of the entrepreneurship club. Michael has used his entrepreneurial spirit on a few projects. Previously creating a study app for students at WSU to access local study resources efficiently, from anywhere. He also started and sold a successful drop-shipping operation in order to have spending money at school.
He is currently a co-founder of Ryzium, a fully autonomous trading platform that allows traders to build or buy trading strategies and put them to the test in the cryptocurrency market. He has been working on this for nearly a year, winning first prize in the WSU business technology competition. He was previously an intern with Breeze, a car leasing company that would lease cars to ride sharing drivers in Seattle.
He brings an entrepreneurial mindset to consulting, looking at problems and solutions from a variety of angles. My entrepreneurial background relates well with one of the key values at Artemis; solving problems. I really enjoy solving difficult problems and working with a team to find the best solutions. I work with clients of all kinds, from sports to technology. As an avid sports fan and technology enthusiast, I particularly enjoy working on those types of projects.
My personal philosophy is “ever forward,” and I live by this everyday. I am constantly striving to progress instead of retreating, no matter how difficult or daunting the path appears. In my free time I love to be in nature, watch and attend sporting events, read, hang out with my family and friends, and travel.
