What our fellows say

Kelly Wang

The Artemis fellowship has been an incredibly enriching and rewarding journey. I’ve worked on a variety of exciting projects with different clients, formed meaningful new connections, gained insights into different industries/sectors and the world of consulting, and developed valuable professional skills. Not to mention the people at Artemis have all been extremely kind and supportive.

Makena Lau

I feel so grateful for my Artemis fellowship for introducing me to consulting, plugging me into their network and collection of learnings, and teaching me how to truly problem solve and work strategically. I was exposed to more projects, people, clients, and tasks than I anticipated, and similarly, learned and developed more confidence and skills than expected.

The Artemis Connection Fellows program is unique in both how much responsibility and ownership fellows have from day one, and how much access to training Fellows have. The programming Fellows get - from an online skill-building course to weekly workshops, client ask-me-anythings, and coffee chats with Artemis team members - I've never seen in another summer internship program; I consider this an incredibly valuable opportunity.

A Journey of Exploration

The Fellows program is far from the typical internship. Rooted in a commitment to nurturing talent and opening doors to the consulting industry, it offers students a comprehensive understanding of what consulting is all about. One of the program's unique highlights is the opportunity to work on real client projects, making a tangible impact on organizations. Former Fellows have:
  • Collaborated with a venture-backed startup to create employer-based subsidy programs that support working parents.
  • Assisted a public community and technical college in assessing the demand for a Bachelor of Science in computer science.
  • Partnered with an organization dedicated to economic and financial education to enhance their educational offerings.
  • Developed a comprehensive calendar system for a Children's Health group.
  • Explored the integration of artificial intelligence into prospecting for corporations and foundations.
  • Contributed to the redesign of a social platform for program alumni.
  • Acquired skills in creating work plans and crafting compelling presentations, improved professional etiquette, and driven actionable solutions for clients.

Program Focus

Artemis Connection takes a distinct approach to consulting. While it draws from the best practices of larger firms, its boutique size allows for a more supportive and personalized experience. For years, this unique blend of expertise and mentorship has been the foundation upon which the Fellows program has thrived, built around a set of ambitious goals:

1
1
Enhancing Communication and Presentation Skills

Effective communication is critical in consulting. Fellows learn to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
