Kia is a strategic advisor specialized in go-to-market, growth, DEI, technology, and entrepreneurship, with a special focus on developing and validating business models and adopting the consumer perspective. She has worked on projects in industries including financial services, healthcare, food, beauty, and consumer products in over 10 countries around the world. Kia wrote the book Flashpoint 100: Radical Business Growth in 100 Days for small businesses who wanted a do-it-yourself approach to strategy, as well as workshops and training aids, games, and simulations. She currently teaches innovation and entrepreneurship courses at the University of Washington, and trains entrepreneurs at tech startup bootcamps in the UAE.
